There are thousands of skin care products that look promising to change the way you look (ftw). Some of them work for a couple of hours at a time and some of them work over a longer period of time, but if you stop using them, the bumps, wrinkles, and imperfections reappear. I suggest Dermalogica Acne and Breakout-Pron Skin face wash. It is a natural foaming cleaner with no artificial fragrance or color. I would defiantly recommend this product.
